System Requirements for CloudOut Products

To ensure optimal performance of CloudOut's dialer solutions, please make sure your system meets the following requirements.

Hardware Requirements

For Agents:

  • Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent (i5 or higher recommended)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum (8GB recommended)
  • Storage: 5GB of available disk space
  • Network: Stable internet connection with minimum 1 Mbps upload/download speed
  • Audio: Quality headset with noise-canceling microphone

For Supervisors/Administrators:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (i7 recommended)
  • RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB recommended)
  • Storage: 10GB of available disk space
  • Network: Stable internet connection with minimum 2 Mbps upload/download speed
  • Display: 1920x1080 resolution or higher (for dashboard monitoring)

Software Requirements

Operating Systems:

  • Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
  • macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
  • Linux: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or later, CentOS 8 or later

Web Browsers:

  • Google Chrome (latest 2 versions)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest 2 versions)
  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based, latest 2 versions)
  • Safari (latest 2 versions, macOS only)

Network Requirements

  • Firewall: Outbound access to ports 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), and 5060-5061 (SIP)
  • VoIP Quality: Maximum latency of 150ms, jitter under 30ms, and packet loss below 1%
  • Bandwidth: 100 Kbps per concurrent call (both upload and download)

Additional Requirements

  • WebRTC support (enabled by default in supported browsers)
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled
  • Pop-up blocker disabled for the CloudOut domain

Mobile Requirements

For the CloudOut mobile app:

  • iOS: iPhone or iPad running iOS 14 or later
  • Android: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
  • Storage: 100MB of available space
  • Network: 4G/LTE or WiFi connection

For optimal performance, we recommend using a wired internet connection rather than WiFi when possible, especially for high-volume calling operations.
