Getting Started with CloudOut

Welcome to CloudOut! This quick start guide will help you set up and start using our dialer solutions in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

If you haven't already, sign up for a CloudOut account by visiting our registration page. You'll need to provide some basic information about yourself and your company.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that best fits your needs. You can start with our free trial to explore all features before committing to a paid plan.

Step 3: Set Up Your First Campaign

Once your account is set up, you can create your first campaign:

  1. Log in to your CloudOut dashboard
  2. Click on "Campaigns" in the left sidebar
  3. Click the "Create New Campaign" button
  4. Follow the step-by-step wizard to configure your campaign settings
  5. Upload your contact list or connect to your CRM
  6. Set up your call scripts and routing rules
  7. Save and activate your campaign

Step 4: Add Agents

Invite your team members to join your CloudOut account:

  1. Go to "Team" in the dashboard
  2. Click "Add Agent"
  3. Enter their email address and assign appropriate permissions
  4. They'll receive an invitation email with instructions to set up their account

Step 5: Start Dialing

Once everything is set up, you can start making calls:

  1. Agents should log in to their accounts
  2. Select the active campaign
  3. Set their status to "Available"
  4. The system will automatically start dialing based on your campaign settings
