CloudOut Error Messages
This guide explains common error messages you might encounter while using CloudOut products and provides solutions to resolve them.
Authentication Errors
Error: "Invalid credentials"
Cause: The email or password you entered is incorrect.
Solution:
- Double-check your email address for typos
- Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
- Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled
Error: "Account locked"
Cause: Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts.
Solution:
- Wait 30 minutes and try again
- Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
- Contact your administrator to unlock your account
Error: "Session expired"
Cause: Your login session has timed out due to inactivity.
Solution:
- Log in again
- Increase your session timeout in your user settings if available
- Check "Remember me" during login if you need longer sessions
Call-Related Errors
Error: "Microphone access denied"
Cause: Your browser is blocking access to your microphone.
Solution:
- Click the lock icon in your browser's address bar and allow microphone access
- Check your browser settings to ensure CloudOut has microphone permissions
- Try using a different supported browser
Error: "No audio device detected"
Cause: Your system cannot detect a microphone or headset.
Solution:
- Check that your headset is properly connected
- Verify that your headset is not muted
- Update your audio drivers
- Try a different USB port if using a USB headset
Error: "Call failed - Error code 4001"
Cause: Network connectivity issues are preventing the call from connecting.
Solution:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify that required ports are not blocked by your firewall
- Try switching from WiFi to a wired connection
- Restart your router if problems persist
Campaign Errors
Error: "Invalid contact list format"
Cause: The contact list you uploaded does not match the required format.
Solution:
- Download the template from the upload page
- Ensure your CSV file has all required columns
- Check for special characters or formatting issues in your data
- Verify that phone numbers are in the correct format
Error: "Campaign limit reached"
Cause: You have reached the maximum number of campaigns allowed on your current plan.
Solution:

System Errors
